Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure production targets are met, and foster a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Description:

• Ensure output targets are met and maintain daily output reports.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisor to plan daily production.
• Arrange manpower based on production needs.
• Ensure manpower are trained and capable of performing daily tasks.
• Perform random visual quality checks as per quality process and record daily quality defects.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
• Good eyesight and non-smoker.

Max OT hours: 72 hours.
