Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead (Security Systems) to lead a team of technical specialists in the service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems at client premises. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership capabilities, and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical specialists to carry out service and maintenance works for security systems.
• Plan and assign daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of service calls and projects.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance on systems including Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on escalated technical issues and service matters.
• Ensure service quality, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards across all team operations.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to schedule resources, manage workloads, and drive team performance.
• Mentor junior team members and support skills development within the team.
• Review and approve service reports, documentation, and feedback from the team.
• Conduct site audits and provide recommendations for process improvements or technical upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
• Perform hands-on technical tasks as necessary, especially for complex or critical jobs.

Requirements:

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, with proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with security systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, and Integrated Security Management Systems.
• Knowledge in IT, networking, and server systems is an added advantage.
• Effective leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Required to be on 24/7 standby (Allowance will be provided)
• Possession of a valid Class 2B and/or Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
