You will lead a team of telecallers, converting leads into site visits. If you have a proven track record in pre-sales, customer relationship, quality management, team handling, and CRM tools, this is your next growth opportunity.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of telecallers, and guest relation staff. Ensure daily targets for calls and site visits are met or exceeded. Track team performance and implement effective pre-sales strategies. Personally drive key client interactions and high-value bookings. Coordinate with the marketing and sourcing team for lead flow and events. Maintain accurate MIS and pre-sales reports for management review.Candidate Profile: 6-10 years of experience in pre-sales. Prior experience in handling a pre-sales team is mandatory.
