RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to coach a team of engineers, overseeing programming, tooling, and process routing to support daily operations.

You will drive Lean Six Sigma projects, conduct RCA for non-conforming jobs, and maintain CAD plant layouts while exploring new manufacturing approaches and technologies. CAPEX initiatives will be led to ensure equipment readiness.

Formación

• Min Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Precision Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Precision Machining.
• Experience in creating manufacturing routings using an ERP system.
• Proficiency in CAD (2D/3D) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc. (essential)

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of manufacturing engineers to support daily operations in programming, tooling, process routing, and secondary processes.
• Monitor production performance to meet monthly efficiency targets and optimize machinist/machine utilization.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Guide Lean Six Sigma projects to improve manufacturing processes.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for non-conforming jobs and resolve issues as a team.
• Maintain and update CAD plant layout as required.
• Lead CAPEX initiatives for equipment purchases and explore new tooling/technologies.
• Contribute to HSE initiatives, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description

• In charge of leading and coaching a team of manufacturing engineers to support daily operations in programming, tooling, process routing, and secondary processes

• Actively participate in and contribute to HSE initiatives, including hazard/incident identification, risk assessment, and determination of control measures
• Perform other duties as assigned
