Responsibilities

• Drive origination efforts by leading targeted initiatives with marketing and coverage teams to develop structured lending and syndicated finance opportunities.
• Oversee the structuring and end-to-end execution of deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and market standards.
• Take a lead role in client negotiations on financing terms and structure.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key market participants to support syndication and loan distribution efforts.
• Guide the team in assessing credit profiles, conducting sector research, stress testing financials, and developing risk-mitigated financing structures.
• Maintain robust control standards and adherence to regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all transaction processes, approvals, and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structured finance, loan syndication, or leveraged finance.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, cash flow modelling, legal structuring, etc.
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and overseeing complex transactions.
