We are hiring a dynamic and technically skilled IT Team Lead to support the successful execution of infrastructure-related IT projects. You will play a critical role in coordinating project tasks, guiding junior team members, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. This role is best suited for someone who has a strong foundation in system implementation, hands-on technical ability, and leadership experience in the IT/communications engineering space.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution

• Assist Project Manager in planning project milestones and tasks.
• Translate functional requirements into technical design documentation.
• Oversee development, integration, and implementation of system modules.
• Conduct code reviews, perform integration testing, and document test results.
• Prepare system test plans, SIT/UAT test environments, and ensure timely bug resolution.
• Ensure program version control, release readiness, and production deployment processes are followed.

Team Leadership

• Coordinate, delegate, and supervise project-related tasks among team members.
• Track team progress, escalate risks, and resolve blockers.
• Mentor junior staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the bridge between users, technical teams, and project managers.
• Maintain open communication with customers to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of overall IT experience, including 1+ year in project/team leadership.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Windows environments.
• CompTIA A+ certification is mandatory.
• Good understanding of system implementation, configuration, testing, and migration processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
