Job description

Job Scopes:

  • Manage and lead a team of two

  • End-to-end recruitment functions which include from on-boarding (job postings, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, reference checking, and making salary proposal and job offers) to separations

  • Analyzing and monitoring the resourcing needs, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reporting

  • Updating of monthly organization chart

  • Support expats entry and on-boarding processes

  • Handle work pass application, renewal, and issuance

  • Work closely with schools on internship, sponsorship and graduate recruitment

  • Work closely with line manager on annual performance review, design of training roadmap, employee engagement activities, recruitment and any other HR matters to drive attraction, retention and engagement

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree qualification

  • 3-5 years of HR experience (leadership experience will be plus)

  • Microsoft Office; Proficiency with HRMS: Prosoft will be added advantage

  • Good communication skills

  • Open and positive attitude
