A leading company in digital banking solutions is seeking a Team Lead Digital APAC to manage a high-performing team. This role involves steering team activities, ensuring service delivery, and fostering talent while maintaining positive client relationships. The ideal candidate possesses substantial managerial experience and a strong background in digital solutions, preferably within Avaloq. Join us to drive strategic initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will be part of the regional CTO department which is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Avaloq software and products. As the Team Lead Digital APAC your task will consist of steering and coordinating the team's activities, estimating the effort for the implementation of features and designing and implementing solutions for our customers around our digital products. Part of the role will also be to act as stream lead on customer projects. Additionally, you will be responsible to enable your team to fulfil their KPIs and take care of the people management tasks.
Your key tasks
Work with internal stakeholders to further enhance and streamline the Digital services and improve customer satisfaction ratings, supporting and implementing change in daily processes
Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of all services, in line with the agreed service level agreements
Maintain positive relationships with the network and clients, which will contribute to improving the overall quality of the Digital services
Develop your team through inspiring leadership, foster a culture of openness and excellence for cross-functional and interregional collaboration, and build a strong talent pipeline
Assume the role of senior point of contact for escalations involving the Digital team
Be a role model and an agent for change to drive the implementation of strategic efficiency, growth initiatives, transformation and business development while achieving financial targets
Qualifications
University degree or equivalentqualification and/oroperational experience inweb and mobile solutions; experience in Avaloq Digital solutions is a plus
Minimum of five years of managerialexperiencein global organizations and proven abilityto deliver in a fast-paced multiculturalandglobal environment
Positive,proactive, can-doattitudewithahighlevelof integrity and reliability
Process-oriented, strong communicationskills,and good ability to think strategically, analyze issues andunderstandcomplexsituations
Fluent in English

Avaloq solutions know-how or Avaloq ACCP certification
Strong track record in project management
Business strategy development know-how
Experience with Angular 2+
Proficient with Jenkins pipelines, Artifactory, Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
