As a Team Lead Finance & Accounts at Scalex Business, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, managing a team of accountants, and reporting directly to the Directors.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns, coordinating statutory audit processes, leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals, preparing financial reports, assisting with finalization of accounts, and contributing to process improvements within the organization.
