    Job SummaryWe are looking for a Team Lead for our Electrical Automation Central Technical Support team, to lead and develop a team of technical support engineers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical automation and industrial control systems, combined with proven leadership skills. This role focuses on team performance, technical guidance, and fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Job Description Lead and manage a team of technical support engineers. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support for team development and growth. Foster a proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented team culture. Set goals, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality support delivery. Coordinate with global Festo teams for alignment and knowledge sharing. Support the team in handling complex technical cases when needed. Promote continuous learning and drive technical excellence. Collaborate with internal teams on product feedback and improvements. Ensure effective documentation and standardization of support practices.Requirements Educational Background: Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. PLC Programming Expertise: Hands-on experience with Festo CODESYS, Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell/ControlLogix or Beckhoff TwinCAT. Industrial Networking: Solid understanding of Ethernet-based fieldbus systems like Profinet, EtherCAT and Ethernet/IP. Automation Systems knowledge in Electrical drive systems, Remote I/O systems, Pneumatics and Basic modeling of dynamic mechanical systems Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on leading by example, promoting a can-do attitude, and building a high-performance team culture. Passionate about developing and guiding people, providing mentorship, and creating opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth. Proven ability to motivate teams, manage priorities, and support technical support engineers in delivering customer-centric solutions Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in diverse, international teamsJob Location: Bangalore.Mode of Working: Full office based (20 % on - demand site visits needed).Office Timing Asian and European Business Hours.,
