    As a diligent individual in this role, you will be responsible for handling customer and employee issues efficiently and effectively. Your primary duties will include overseeing operations to ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. It will be crucial for you to uphold security and safety regulations, while also keeping track of monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.Collaborating with management, you will play an essential role in assessing and enhancing processes and policies within the organization. Monitoring and reporting on revenue and cash flow will be part of your regular tasks, along with enforcing company policies and training new hires. Addressing employee complaints and performance issues promptly and professionally will be key to maintaining a positive work environment.Regularly checking in with employees to gauge satisfaction levels, scheduling shifts, and assisting management in creating department budgets will be essential components of this role. Addressing customer issues and complaints with a customer-centric approach will also be a significant responsibility. It will be your duty to schedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.Furthermore, you will be required to meet frequently with upper management to stay informed on company issues and oversee the security of the facility. This position requires in-person work and involves full-time, permanent employment with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund.
