Job Title: Team Lead in CRM Application Development

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to oversee the end-to-end development of a CRM system using AppNow. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing system architecture by integrating Python and ML modules.
2. Ensuring performance, scalability, and security of the application.
3. Managing and mentoring junior developers and cross-functional teams.
4. Collaborating with business teams to define CRM workflows.
5. Implementing intelligent lead scoring, predictive analytics, and customer segmentation using ML techniques.
6. Maintaining code quality through reviews and automated testing.
7. Integrating third-party APIs such as email, SMS, and calendar services.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Python, including frameworks like Flask or Django.
2. Strong experience with AppNow and CRM systems.
3. Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
4. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is advantageous.
5. Effective leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Experience in real estate or sales workflow CRM systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Docker, or Kubernetes.
