A leading company in SME Banking is looking for a Team Lead to drive sales and develop a high-performing team. The role requires proven experience in banking and strong leadership skills to ensure service quality and achieve business growth. Responsibilities:
Drive both team and individual sales performance to consistently achieve monthly targets.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers to ensure high productivity, service quality, and team cohesion.
Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
Oversee the preparation of Credit Proposals, ensuring thorough due diligence and compliance with internal standards.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support a seamless and efficient end-to-end sales process.
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition strategies.
Build and maintain strong professional networks to generate leads and support business growth.
Requirements:
A recognized Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in SME Banking, Corporate Lending, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or coaching role.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results, with a strong track record in sales and business development.
