Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Channel Operations team, ensuring the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel efficiency, improve workflows, and meet organizational objectives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to ensure professional growth and high performance to ServiceSG’s Service Transformation and Planning Team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g public agencies) to address operational challenges, gather insights, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, KPIs, and improvement opportunities to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
