An international electronics industry association in Singapore is seeking a Team Lead for Business & Program Development to provide strategic leadership in business initiatives. The role involves creating impactful programs, fostering collaborations, and ensuring business growth through innovative strategies. Ideal candidates possess a degree in business or marketing and expertise in the semiconductor industry, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
The Team Lead, Business & Program Development will provide strategic leadership to enhance the organization’s overall growth. This role involves spearheading business development efforts, creating and executing impactful programs, and fostering collaborations to drive revenue and achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, the Manager will lead the business development and implementation of Workforce Development, Diversity and SMART MedTech, and Sustainability Initiatives in Southeast Asia to raise awareness and attract talents for the industry.
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Business & Program Development at SEMI Southeast Asia office.
