Job description

OSI Systems is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Team Lead Business Analyst for finance, who takes an end-to-end, process-based approach to address key business challenges within the Financial area. The role involves understanding client needs and working with clients to enhance internal capabilities for operational and innovation performance. Our core offerings target various aspects of a client's value chain—across the enterprise and at the intersections of assets, processes, policies, and people, delivering value.

As a Lead Business Analyst in the Dynamics 365FO Practice, you will utilize your strategy and operations consulting skills, business process knowledge, and methodologies to analyze issues and drive solutions to transform our client's business.

You will conduct workshops and work meetings with clients to:

1. Gather process and functional requirements for application design.
2. Lead process and functional design activities.
3. Lead FIT/GAP analysis for D365 FO.
4. Lead application design and architecture components in D365 FO.
5. Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solutions and prototypes in D365 FO.
6. Perform application design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
7. Plan and execute data conversion activities.
8. Drive test planning and execution.
9. Manage projects and programs, demonstrating leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, strategy, and organizational change.
10. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.
11. Oversee the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations and Dynamics AX technical support team and manage daily team activities.
12. Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to operations, providing excellent technical support to clients.
13. Monitor team activities, support seamless customer support, and provide training and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with at least 12 years of experience in Navision and D365 F&O.
