About Our Client

Job Description
  • Coordinate with vendors and building management for any related issues
  • Oversee general office maintenance (e.g., lighting, air-conditioning, cleaners)
  • Track invoice payments using petty cash and retain receipts for month-end submission to Larissa
  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Assist with welcoming visitors and onboarding new joiners
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Arrange and set up meeting rooms
  • Prepare NDAs and follow up with new vendors for completion
  • Support event preparation, including sending email reminders and tracking responses
  • Be involved in ad-hoc admin tasks
The Successful Applicant
  • Has 3 years of receptionist and admin experience
  • Strong business acumen, multitasking skills, with the ability to manage administrative tasks, support management team, and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Team player, work independently, take the initiative, and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
