Job description

We are working with a global banking client to hire a Team Assistant to work alongside a top performing executive support team providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives within the business.

This position will be on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel arrangements, and schedule meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of executives, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Organize and coordinate team events, offsites, and leadership meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and administrative professionals to ensure consistent and efficient support across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimally 4-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within banking/financial services or a global corporate environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Concur)
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
