Job Description
We are seeking a bright, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Team Assistant to support our Singapore-based foodpanda team in an exciting and fast-paced role. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in managing constantly changing diaries and travel, flexible in approach, and able to adapt quickly. You will enjoy the challenge of a busy environment with ambiguity, problem-solving, and continuous learning. You will have high standards in your work, with excellent attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to help the team operate more efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and team events for our VP Legal and two Senior Finance Directors.
Culture Driver: Supporting a positive and collaborative team culture by embodying the company's values in daily interactions. Maintaining smooth communication across teams.
Communication & Coordination: Acting as an interface between different teams and external partners to ensure seamless information flow.
Event Management: Managing internal events and administrative office tasks.
Travel Coordination: Assisting with planning and booking business trips, including expense reporting.
Relational Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver seamless administrative support.
Building #One Team: Collaborating with foodpanda, Foodora, and Regional Assistant Teams.
Qualifications
The heroic skills:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience supporting management.
Excellent communication skills with tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
First-class written and spoken English skills.
Experience working with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
Highly professional, driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused, solution-oriented, discreet, resilient, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Natural relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, pragmatic, personable, and enjoys engaging with diverse groups of people.
