Job summary

FUTURUM ACADEMY SINGAPORE is seeking an experienced educator with leadership capabilities to lead teaching and research initiatives in Singapore. The role focuses on enhancing teaching quality, developing courses and resources, and leading a trained teaching team.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or higher and at least three years of classroom teaching experience, with preference for those with teaching management experience, especially MOE school management exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience, with prior classroom teaching experience required.
• Preference given to candidates with teaching management experience, particularly MOE school management experience.
• Familiarity with educational theories and methods, with preference given to candidates with experience in educational research or teaching reform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute teaching and research plans to enhance and improve teaching quality.
• Design and oversee development of teaching courses and resources to meet students' learning needs and development goals.
• Manage and train the teaching team to ensure they possess necessary professional knowledge and teaching skills.
• Supervise teaching effectiveness assessment and feedback mechanisms, and adjust teaching plans and methods in a timely manner.
• Participate in educational research and teaching reform to promote continuous improvement of teaching standards.
