TEACHER - RETAIL SERVICES

Duties and responsibilities:

• Teach topics related to retail services and demonstrate practical skills to students.
• Design effective instructional materials to enhance students’ learning.
• Be a role model and mentor to students to develop their capabilities.
• Create conducive and industry-oriented learning environment.
• Provide career guidance to students.
• Establish positive partnerships with parents and community to enhance learning outcomes for students.

Personal Qualficiations and Competencies:

• Diploma or higher academic qualification in Business or Marketing-related discipline.
• Knowledgeable and skillful in Retail Operations, Merchandise Display, Customer Service, and Online Retailing.
• At least 3 years of working experience in retail or service-related environment.
• Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.

It will be good if you have

• Teaching or training experience.
• WSQ ACTA and/or DACE qualifications
