We are looking for a dedicated Teacher cum Admin to join our growing team. This role combines teaching robotics/coding with customer service and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Administration

  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students (via phone, email, and walk-ins).
  • Manage student registrations, scheduling, and class coordination.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as attendance, payments, and data entry.
  • Maintain an organised, welcoming, and kid-friendly environment, including simple cleaning of the centre and organising robotics kits.
  • Assist in marketing activities such as open houses, trial classes, and roadshows.

Teaching & Robotics Instruction

  • Conduct engaging and interactive robotics/coding classes for children aged 5–12.
  • Guide students in building and programming robots using LEGO SPIKE, Scratch, or simple code-card programming (training provided).
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching kits, and classroom materials.
  • Provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate feedback to parents.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification (teaching/education background preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy; experience in robotics or coding is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Prior experience in teaching, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
