Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of camps and offsite classes
• Manage logistics for all camps and external programs
• Assist in conducting offsite classes and camps
• Support club classes when needed (Early Years Education)
• Help organize and execute birthday parties and events
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by assisting with inquiries, crowd control, and safety measures
• Maintain accurate club records, including attendance, memberships, and class data
• Assist with playground cleanliness and daily operations
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

• Early Childhood Education certification, diploma or degree required
• Experience in event coordination, education, or childcare preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear and open communication with the team
• Ability to work shifts, including both weekends if needed
• Passion for engaging with children and parents
