Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. supports a school environment by handling data records, stocking teaching resources, and preparing classroom materials. You will work closely with teachers and staff to ensure resources are ready for daily use.

The role involves assisting Heads of Department with relief duties, serving as a safety chaperone during arrivals, departures, Learning Journeys, and recess, and providing event support at PTMs and school concerts.

Qualifications

• Preferably at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Preferably Sec 4 education or equivalent
• Preferably conversant in MS Word & MS Excel

• Maintain and update data records, stocktaking of teachers' resources and inventory
• Prepare teaching resources for classroom use

Working hour

• Mon to Thu: 6.45 AM – 4 PM
• Fri: 6.45 AM – 3.30 PM
