A local educational institution in Singapore is seeking a Teacher Assistant for a 12-month contract. Job description

The Teacher Assistant must be trained and ECDA certified and possess CIT or equivalent.

This is a 12 month contract position, and the work hours will be 8.5 hours rotational shift between operational hours from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Teacher In-Charge during the lessons
• To prepare the art or writing materials required for the lessons
• To attend to the health, hygiene and safety needs of the children
• To maintain and upkeep the hygiene standards of the class and its materials (this includes washing of toys/cots etc)
