Job summary

A leading manpower services provider in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support staff member for a 14-month contract. Responsibilities include general administrative duties, support to teachers, and data entry tasks. Ideal candidates have a Singapore-Cambridge GCE Normal Level, three years of relevant experience, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Singapore-Cambridge GCE Normal Level with a Pass in English.
  • Preferably three years of relevant working experience in a school environment.
  • General computer skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying and filing.
  • Act as support to teachers in the classroom.
  • Assist in stock management.

Job description

  1. The Services required are set out as follows:

Dept/Level Duties

  • Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying/laminating of teaching/learning resources
  • Issue and collection of teaching/learning resources
  • Perform data entry, filing, typing and printing of worksheets and notes
  • Prepare certificates awarded by department/level
  • Scan optical answer sheets
  • Key in students marks/grades into computer databases
  • Collate department/level surveys and other statistics
  • Assist in stock management

Teaching & Learning Activities

  • Act as a support to teachers in the respective classrooms

Other Duties

  • Assist in general administrative duties in General Office
  • Perform operational duties as assigned by School Management
  • Any other duties as assigned by School Management

Requirement:

  • Possess at least a Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) Normal (Academic/Technical) Level with a Pass in English
  • Preferably three (3) years of relevant working experience in a school environment
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • General computer skills (E.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Duration & Working hours

14 months contract (1 Nov 2025 to 31 Dec 2026)

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
