About the role

Heguru Method Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in the Choa Chu Kang West Region. As a full-time Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering our unique Heguru method curriculum, which focuses on nurturing young minds through innovative teaching techniques.

You will be part of the dynamic team to plan and implement engaging lessons that support the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our students aged 18 months to 6 years.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver interactive, age-appropriate lessons that align with the Heguru method curriculum

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and active participation

• Observe and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents

• Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve and refine the Heguru method curriculum

• Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices

• Actively contribute to the overall growth and development of the Heguru Method Learning Centre

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

• 1 year of experience teaching in an Early Childhood setting preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the Heguru method's philosophy of nurturing young minds

• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated teaching team

• Able to work 5-days from Wednesday to Sunday
