Key Responsibilities

This role is a hands-on and service driven role, with frontline service duties and management responsibilities. Ideal for those who enjoy being directly involved in daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily starting up and closing up procedures of the store

  • Greet guests, recommend tea and set menus, and communicate our brand philosophy

  • Prepare and serve tea, including brewing and presentation

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the store

  • Train and manage new staff on service procedures and brand values

  • Monitor sales targets and submit weekly feedback and improvement suggestions

  • Coordinate guest reservations and premium service experiences

  • Ensuring the tea space is inviting, serene, and reflective of our brand ethos.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the F&B industry (café/teahouse preferred)

  • Passion for hospitality, strong communication and customer service skills

  • Interest in Chinese tea culture; tea preparation skills are a plus

  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred

  • A deep passion for tea and a comprehensive understanding of its varieties and brewing techniques is a bonus

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
