A modern teahouse in Singapore seeks a dedicated Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Key Responsibilities
This role is a hands-on and service driven role, with frontline service duties and management responsibilities. Ideal for those who enjoy being directly involved in daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Daily starting up and closing up procedures of the store
Greet guests, recommend tea and set menus, and communicate our brand philosophy
Prepare and serve tea, including brewing and presentation
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the store
Train and manage new staff on service procedures and brand values
Monitor sales targets and submit weekly feedback and improvement suggestions
Coordinate guest reservations and premium service experiences
Ensuring the tea space is inviting, serene, and reflective of our brand ethos.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the F&B industry (café/teahouse preferred)
Passion for hospitality, strong communication and customer service skills
Interest in Chinese tea culture; tea preparation skills are a plus
Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred
A deep passion for tea and a comprehensive understanding of its varieties and brewing techniques is a bonus
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
