A leading property company in Singapore is seeking a responsible individual to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of office premises. The role involves ensuring pantry supplies are stocked, preparing refreshments for meetings, and cleaning office facilities. Ideal candidates should have basic English communication skills and a neat appearance.
Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and reception.
Prepare and serve beverages for Division/Department Heads, Directors and visitors.
Provide refreshments for meetings, training sessions, and other events as required.
Monitor pantry supplies to ensure sufficient stock.
Maintain and tidy the pantry area, including cleaning and mopping the floors.
Dispose of trash and empty bins, including shredder machine bins.
Clean and sanitize office furniture, including desks, chairs, light switches, and other surfaces.
Vacuum office carpets and wipe down glass partitions, windows, and doors.
Clean and sanitise office equipment, such as computers, printers, and telephones, including the switchboard.
Clean and organise the kitchen area, including refrigerators, air‑pots, kettles, microwave ovens, and all related utensils.
Collect and dispose of newspapers and other paper waste.
Requirements:
Ability to converse in and understand basic English.
Punctual, reliable and responsible.
Pleasant personality with a neat and tidy appearance.
