A leading company is seeking a Tea, Coffee, and Pantry Assistant to provide essential services for meetings and events. Tea, Coffee, and Pantry Assistant:
The Tea/Coffee/Pantry Assistant shall provide Tea/Coffee/Pantry services based on the daily schedule of events and internal and external meetings, provided by the Receptionist or the Resource Reservation System (RPS) which include ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the serviceable area are up to standards.
Serviceable areas include Boardrooms and all meetings rooms, Executive Offices, Executive Lounges, Executive Waiting Areas.
Prior to the start of any scheduled event, the Tea/Coffee/Pantry Assistant shall ensure the Event Area(s) is/are in good condition and all required Food & Beverages requests are properly set-up.
Refresh and tidy up the Event Area should there be an intermission and as and when required.
Reinstate the Serviceable areas to the original set-up after every scheduled event for the next scheduled event including clearing and washing of crockery and cutleries.
Empty the litter bins at least twice a day and as and when required.
Clearing of all spillages (if any).
Clean all whiteboards, electronic white board, and glass writing panels.
Serve the guest as and when required especially event involving Senior Leadership.
The Tea/Coffee/Pantry Assistant is required to stock-take and manages the inventory of pantry items, inclusive of all teacups, teaspoons, saucer, wine glasses, water jugs, water glasses, water mugs, decanters and any other inventories assigned to her. The Tea/Coffee/Pantry Assistant shall exercise every care when managing these items, as the cost of repair or replacement of any such item damaged or broken because of careless handling or negligence.
Take into consideration of the schedule of events to manage own break time and lunch hours, and call to notify the Supervisor for back up if necessary.
Keeping the pantry clean.
Any other relevant duties assigned.
Requirements:
Service-oriented mindset and people-centric in dealing with external clients and fellow colleagues
Preferably with some customer service experience
Able to speak simple English
Able to work independently and multitask
Good team player with a positive attitude
Due to security clearance requirements, only Singaporeans can be considered for this position
