Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol.
• Ensure sufficient stock at all times by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed, and communicating inventory needs to management.
• Handle daily administrative tasks related to outlet operations.
• Responsible, highly motivated, and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance.
• No experience is welcome as training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Handling cash transactions.
• Team Player.
• Flexibility to work on shifts and weekends.

Salary Package:

5 working days per week - 44 hrs (OT will be given).

Tea Barista - $1800 Basic + $700 Allowance (Hardship and Mobile).

Senior Tea Barista - $2100 Basic + $700 Allowance (Hardship and Mobile).

After probation of 3 months (first month is training) - increment of another $200 basic.
