We are looking for a skilled and passionate Tea Barista to join our team, crafting high-quality herbal milk teas and creating a warm, welcoming experience for our guests.
Job Summary:
The Tea Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality herbal milk teas and wellness beverages while delivering warm, attentive service that reflects AMACHA’s commitment to heritage and hospitality. This role involves working closely with the team to ensure consistency in drink preparation, maintaining a clean and inviting workspace, and supporting the overall operations of the tea house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve a variety of herbal milk teas and specialty beverages according to AMACHA’s recipes and standards
- Customer Experience: Provide a warm and attentive service by engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and recommending drinks based on their needs and tastes.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all beverages, conducting checks before serving to uphold AMACHA’s standards.
- Efficiency & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked tea bar to support smooth daily operations and efficient service flow.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment cleaning, restocking ingredients, and preparing the tea bar for service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring all handling of ingredients and equipment meets workplace standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report low inventory promptly, and assist in restocking to maintain daily readiness.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Support other service-related duties as needed to ensure overall success of operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tea Barista.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues in daily operations.
