Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on-site technical service and support to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Assist in product installations, rollouts, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical advice and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Project teams on proposals, solution design, and customer requirements.
  • Support product testing, configuration, and application problem-solving.
  • Create technical drawings, documentation, and BOMs.
  • Conduct internal and external technical trainings and seminars.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and plan service activities.
  • Travel up to 75% for customer support.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years in a technical support role, ideally in dosing pumps or industrial equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficient in documentation and report writing.
