• Position: TCM/Spa Therapist

• Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Working Hours: Monday-Friday (10.45am-9pm), Weekends & Holidays (9.45am-6pm) - Rotation basis

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 (basic salary up to $3,000 + ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION) + Free TCM treatment and medicine twice a year + 1 day Birthday Leave + Performance Bonus + $50 Meal Allowance + $50 Transport Allowance + Incentive Trip + Birthday Gift

Main Responsibilities:

• Self-driven and self-motivated individual

• Experience in beautician / skincare / TCM Spa will be a plus

• Makes professional recommendations on treatment packages and products to customers

• Achieve sales targets and outcome within schedule

• Provide professional treatments and massage to clients

• Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records

• Ensure that all purchased services/products are not under cost

• Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment

• Provide high quality customer service

• Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, facilities and equipment and follow all safety and sanitation policies

• Ensure treatment rooms always have sufficient products

• Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only (to provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments)

• Requires good customer service and sales skills

• Relevant experience is preferred
