AiTreat Pte. Ltd. is currently recruiting management trainee! If you are someone who is passionate about TCM + MedTech, this may be a perfect role for you!

This is a unique opportunity for individuals to gain practical, hands-on experience in a Singapore MedTech startup, after graduation. While a background in technology is not required, a strong interest in learning about the industry is essential. Our mission is to discover and develop talented individuals.

Upon successfully completing the Management Trainee Programme, you will be offered junior management roles with opportunities for career growth within AiTreat’s local and global operations.

You will be under job rotation at our various departments, including:

A. TCM Clinic Services

• Collaborate with healthcare team to create innovative clinical pathways

• Develop training plans to enhance clinic service excellence

• Involve in clinical research, if any.
  

B. Operations Management

• Understand and manage the deployment and maintenance of EMMA, AiTreat’s proprietary product and world’s first Tuina robot.

• Familiarity with system troubleshooting, calibration, and integration processes.

• Develop and implement workflow optimization strategies to ensure seamless operations.
  

C. Sales and Marketing Management

• Design and execute marketing strategies and implement marketing plans.

• Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring excellent service quality and satisfaction.

• Gather client feedback to evaluate and enhance service delivery.

• Conduct product training sessions when required.
  

The Management Trainee Programme is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience. Trainees will receive concurrent training across the above areas, with regular evaluations and milestones to track progress during the programme.
