TCM Physician/ Management Trainee

Responsible for providing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services in both clinical and inpatient settings.

Responsibilities

1. Comply with Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines for TCM Practitioners
2. Assess, establish and carry out treatment plans of patients such as acupuncture, therapeutic massage, cupping, scrapping and internal medication etc.
3. Document treatment plans provided to patients
4. Establish strong rapport with the doctors, physiotherapists and TCM physicians, and seek ways for potential cooperation
5. Assist with administrative, operational, and strategic tasks to enhance the overall efficiency and quality of TCM services
6. Engage in educational events
7. Maintain professional growth and development through continuing education
8. Participate in events planning
9. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with the public and staff
10. Maintain excellent service standards
11. Comply with nursing home policies & clinical guidelines
12. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements

1. Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine
2. Registered with Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore
3. Possess valid Practicing Certificate from TCMPB, Singapore
4. Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. At least 2 years of working experience in a healthcare environment
