Job summary

Yan Sang Tang TCM Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a qualified TCM Physician to provide professional consultations, diagnose, and plan treatment for patients.

The role includes performing acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, tuina, and prescribing Chinese herbal medicine as needed. You will monitor progress, maintain thorough records, and advise on TCM wellness and preventive care. Collaboration with therapists and staff is essential to ensure smooth clinic operations and high patient care

Qualifications

• Must be a registered TCM Physician with the Singapore TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB) with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Recognised qualification in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Relevant clinical experience as a TCM Physician is preferred; fresh graduates with the required registration may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and common TCM treatment methods.
• Comfortable working in a retail/clinic environment, including weekends and public holidays according to roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional TCM consultations including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform TCM treatments such as acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, tuina, and other appropriate therapies.
• Prescribe Chinese herbal medicine according to patients’ conditions and treatment needs.
• Monitor patients’ treatment progress and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient consultation and treatment records.
• Provide professional advice on TCM wellness, health management, and preventive care.
• Build good relationships with patients and maintain high standards of patient care and service.
• Work closely with therapists, outlet staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care and clinic operations.
• Ensure all treatments and practices comply with TCMPB requirements and relevant Singapore regulations.
• Support clinic activities, patient education, and other duties assigned by management.
