Qualifications

• Registered TCM Practitioner with TCMPB Singapore license.
• Bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Proficient in acupuncture and general TCM practice.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; patient-focused approach.
• Team player with collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.
• Good understanding of healthcare ethics, patient safety, clinical governance and QA.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional TCM consultation, diagnosis, and treatment services, including acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, and other approved TCM modalities.
• Deliver patient-centred care with empathy, professionalism, and excellent bedside manners.
• Ensure compliance with the TCMPB Code of Professional Conduct and Ethical Practice Guidelines.
• Conduct TCM health talks and patient education programmes when required.
• Promote public awareness of Traditional Chinese Medicine and preventive healthcare.
• Participate in community outreach programmes, health screenings, and healthcare initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, volunteers, and multidisciplinary teams to support clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives.
