Job description

We are looking for a licensed and experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner to join us as Head Physician at our new outlet. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, holistic care to our patients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed consultations and TCM assessments to our patients.
• Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans including Acupuncture, Cupping, and other TCM modalities
• Provide patient education on treatments and self-care advice
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure a clean and safe treatment environment
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow
• Participate in wellness events, talks, and community outreach programs if required
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions
• Adhere to clinical safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Fully registered TCM Practitioner with the TCMPB (Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board) Singapore
• Minimum 5 years of continuous relevant experience in various TCM practices particularly in acupuncture and herbal prescription.
• Strong knowledge of TCM treatments and healthcare operations is required.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (to explain treatment plans and herbal instructions clearly)
• Skilled in acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other TCM techniques such as cupping or tuina
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and committed to providing patient-centered care
• Reliable, well-organized, and capable of working both independently and within a team
