Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd seeks a capable project coordinator to assist in Singapore's GST InvoiceNow rollout within the Group Tax team. The role involves close collaboration with Tax, Finance, Business and IT, gathering and documenting business processes and data across functions.

The position also covers system readiness activities, including testing and project execution, plus ad-hoc tax-related support for various initiatives as they arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in tax, finance, or project coordination.
• Analytical and highly organized, with the ability to manage complex processes and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Project Implementation: Support the Group Tax team in rolling out Singapore's GST InvoiceNow requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with Tax, Finance, Business, IT and external advisors to document processes and data.
• System Readiness: Assist testing, execution and project activities for GST InvoiceNow integration.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Help with other tax-related work, initiatives and projects as assigned.
