Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a tax professional to support the Group Tax team in driving GST InvoiceNow readiness and the implementation programme across the organisation.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors, document business processes, assist with testing and adoption, and support ad hoc tax/compliance projects.

The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex tax rules into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group Tax team in driving the GST InvoiceNow readiness and implementation programme, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors, and gathering, analysing, and documenting relevant business processes, systems, and transaction requirements.
• Assist with testing, implementation, and project-related activities to ensure successful GST InvoiceNow adoption across business functions and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate process improvements, resolve implementation issues, and support compliance with GST InvoiceNow requirements.
• Provide support for ad hoc tax matters, compliance activities, and special tax-related projects as assigned.
