Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Jalan Besar, Singapore, seeks a Tax Manager to lead the Tax Services Department, delivering high-quality compliance, advisory, and business consulting services. This role is a key leadership position with potential to become Tax Director.

You will mentor the team, manage client portfolios including corporate and SME, and drive growth through strategic tax solutions and cross-border planning. Working hours Mon-Fri, salary up to SGD 6,500 monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of relevant Singapore tax experience.
• Professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent.
• Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax and/or GST) with SCTP is an advantage.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore taxation including Corporate Income Tax, GST, Withholding Tax and Stamp Duty.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm's Singapore tax practice covering Corporate Income Tax, Individual Income Tax, GST, Withholding Tax and Stamp Duty.
• Review complex tax computations, tax returns and related filings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Provide tax advisory services on business restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, cross-border taxation, transfer pricing and tax incentives.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate, SME, multinational and high-net-worth clients.
• Drive business development initiatives and participate in leadership succession planning.
• Lead, train and develop the tax team and conduct coaching and evaluations.
• Monitor departmental profitability, utilisation, recoverability, billing and budget performance.
