Job summary

CORPORATE TAX SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a tax professional to service a portfolio of tax clients, handling corporate and individual tax return preparations and filings.

You will respond to tax queries from clients and authorities, support in tax audits, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. The office is located near MRT; 5-day work week and medical benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or relevant professional qualification in Accounting / Finance.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore tax.
• Able to work well in a team and manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure.
• Accredited Tax Professional with SCTP will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Servicing a portfolio of tax clients.
• Preparation and filing of corporate and individual tax returns.
• Preparation and filing of withholding tax returns.
• Attending to tax queries from clients and tax authorities.
• Support in tax audits.
• Ensures compliance with all local tax regulations.
• Attending to ad-hoc queries raised by the IRAS.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Servicing a portfolio of tax clients
• Preparation and filing of corporate and individual tax returns
• Preparation and filing of withholding tax returns
• Attending to tax queries from clients and tax authorities
• Support in tax audits
• Ensures compliance with all local tax regulations
• Attending to ad-hoc queries raised by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (the "IRAS").

Requirements:

• Degree and/or relevant professional qualification in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore tax
• Possess passion and positive working attitude
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
• Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure
• Being an Accredited Tax Professional with SCTP (Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals Limited) will be an advantage
