We are looking for a TAP Lead Developer with expertise in Generative AI to architect and deliver cutting-edge AI-driven applications. You will lead a team of developers, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable solutions using the latest in Gen AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Generative AI-powered applications within the TAP (Technology Architecture & Platforms) framework.
• Architect scalable AI solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior developers on AI model integration and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system integration points.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• 914 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in Gen AI implementations.
• Strong expertise in Gen AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Proficient in Python, API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience leading development teams and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
