Location: TutorJohn Learning Centre – Tampines
Position: Full-Time Tutor (Primary/Secondary)
Salary: $2,800 – $4,200/month (Based on Experience + Performance Bonuses)
Work Days: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend
Hours:
• Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are a fast-growing tuition brand with 3 branches across Singapore – two in Choa Chu Kang and one in Tampines – offering English, Math, Science, and Chinese lessons for both Primary and Secondary levels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Conducting Engaging Lessons
• Teach up to 3 classes/day (Primary or Secondary)
• Prepare and deliver interactive lessons aligned to the latest MOE syllabus

Supporting Student Progress
• Conduct assessments to identify strengths and learning gaps
• Collaborate with the team to find effective strategies for student improvement

Centre Operations & Admin Duties
• Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and curriculum delivery
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the tuition centre, including make-up lesson scheduling

Professional Development & Leadership
• Work directly with the team and John to refine teaching approaches and pedagogy
• Step into leadership opportunities over time – including Assistant Centre Manager roles

Who We're Looking For:

Diploma or Degree holders (education-related fields a plus)
At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred (fresh grads welcome – training provided)
Strong academic foundation and preferably familiar with MOE syllabus or able to catch up quickly
Passionate about teaching and committed to helping students grow
Excellent communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills
Willing to commit until the end of the academic year
