Manage full recruitment cycle for Business Units ensuring recruitment effectiveness
Work closely with various Business Units to understand their hiring needs
Post advertisements for internal and external job posting
Ensure that hiring is kept within budgeted headcount and approvals
Attend career fairs and other events to promote offline employer brand awareness to the public and students respectively as well as actively participate on LinkedIn platform to promote online brand marketing efforts
Support regional talent mobility
Business Performance and Management
Update spreadsheets such as recruitment tracker, staff movement list for new joiners, resignees, promotions, and transfers
Provide monthly hiring and people reports to support relevant departments
People Advisory and Management
Work as a business partner to advise on regulatory and company policies predominantly on employee matters
Handle end-to-end employee life cycle, including offering, generating Letter of Employment, verifying documents, sending out new joiner emails, updating employees’ records into HRIS system, ongoing employee matters, and resignations
Assist business units and staff enquiries
Others including Regulatory Compliance
Maintenance of P-files for the Bank
Digitize HR and other process improvement or ad-hoc projects
Ad-hoc requirements in line with regulatory needs
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource or a related field
Min 8 years of in-house HR working experience in recruitment and 2 years in other HR functions
Banking background preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools for recruitment effectiveness
Proficient in active talent sourcing
Comfortable with direct business and candidate interaction
Not afraid to challenge status quo whilst aligning with internal policies and processes where necessary
