Key Responsibilities (Talent Manager):

• Recruit and manage a portfolio of talents for media projects and assignments across commercials, events, film, TV, social media, and other print & video media in the entertainment industry.
• Source, cultivate, and independently manage relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage multiple projects daily, proactively resolving client challenges and recommending solutions in real-time.
• Oversee the growth of agency talents, including grooming, contract negotiation, marketing, talent development, promotion, multimedia opportunities, networking, and casting.
• Manage social media accounts for influencers, coordinating with talents to increase online engagement and strategize content aligned with their brand and industry trends.
• Inspire and guide the internal team to deliver exceptional responses to clients.
• Achieve company-set revenue KPIs.
