Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Talent Lead for Asia to shape our talent management initiatives across the region. This role will focus on Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition (with a strong emphasis on Campus Recruitment), Talent Mobility & Succession Planning, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement, Workforce Planning, and Organization Design. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and a deep understanding of the Asian talent landscape.


Key Responsibilities:


Learning & Development:

  • Design and implement effective learning and development programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
  • Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of lifelong learning and professional development across the Region.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead talent acquisition strategies with a strong focus on campus recruitment, building partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
  • Create and manage internship and graduate programs to attract emerging talent.
  • Build strong relationships with educational institutions and participate in career fairs and campus events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Talent Mobility & Succession Planning:

  • Create and manage talent mobility programs to ensure effective internal movement of talent across roles and locations.
  • Identify high-potential associates and develop succession plans for critical positions within the organization.
  • Work closely with leadership to align talent development strategies with business objectives.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluation and feedback processes.
  • Foster a culture of recognition and continuous feedback to enhance associate performance.

Culture & Engagement:

  • Drive initiatives that enhance organizational culture and associate engagement across the region.
  • Lead Mars associate surveys and analyse results to inform action plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Workforce Planning:

  • Analyse workforce data to forecast talent needs and identify skills gaps.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align workforce planning with strategic objectives.
  • Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent in alignment with workforce planning goals.

Organization Design:

  • Support organization design initiatives to ensure optimal structure and alignment with business goals.
  • Work with leadership to assess current organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate change management efforts related to organization design and talent strategies.
