Manpower Planning and Recruitment
- Work with HODs and Line Management to plan recruitment needs and hire according to manpower plan.
- Develop and update job descriptions and craft engaging job advertisements.
- Manage and expand on sourcing channels and various job boards in the market for better reach and constantly evaluate their effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to proactively attract professionals and talents to join the company.
- Screen and shortlist qualified candidates for hiring manager review.
- Coordinate and facilitate candidate assessments and interviews.
- Support salary offers and other on-boarding activities such as work pass application, medical screening and car park arrangements etc.
- Plan and participate in employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and related activities.
- Oversee internal resourcing and employee referral programme.
- In-charge of recruitment and search agencies and periodically negotiate for better terms.
Employee Success & Engagement
- Update education qualifications, core trade, skill evaluation certification into Info-Tech system.
- Support the execution of the learning and competency framework.
- Organise external and internal trainings along with all the associated administrative matters.
- Plan and organize OJT training for new hires.
- Plan and organize social and recreation activities throughout the year.
Reports
- Submit monthly training and recruitment reports.
- Any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
Pre-requisites
- Polytechnic Diploma or Degree.
- Minimum 1 year recruitment experience.
- Applicants with prior experience as a recruitment consultant will be advantageous.
