Lead talent transformation across South Asia while partnering with Markets leaders and HR teams. Drive talent growth, leadership excellence, and organizational capabilities. Oversee talent acquisition, development, engagement, internal communication, and CSR initiatives. Be a strategic partner, aligning talent with business goals and building a future-ready workforce.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Champion career growth, fuel the talent pipeline, enable mobility, and drive consistency in best practices.
  • Talent Acquisition: Secure top talent through exceptional hiring, optimized processes, innovative solutions, and targeted sourcing.
  • Onboarding & Culture: Enhance onboarding experiences, elevate candidate touchpoints, and drive cultural transformation.
  • Learning & Development: Drive strategic learning, curate a comprehensive calendar, enable digital learning, foster mentoring, and ensure learning impact.
  • Next Gen Programs: Develop future leaders through talent reviews, graduate programs, and campus recruitment.
  • Internal Communication & CSR: Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure consistency and alignment with talent-related topics.

Profile

  • Degree in HR or Business.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced international environment.
